主要从事天然产物糖化学及其药理学研究,包括糖类活性成分化学、结构修饰、活性筛选及靶点机制研究。

作为核心骨干参加了新靶点抗凝药物LFG53/YB209(内源性凝血因子X酶抑制剂)研发,主要承担药物原料及制剂制备工艺、新药目标成分确认、质量研究、结构确证、杂质研究,并参与构-效关系研究及药代动力学研究、知识产权保护与新药注册等工作。目前,LFG53/YB209已作为First-in-class类新药取得中国NMPA和美国FDA的临床批件(许可)
