On October 10th, the 7th National Science Popularization Contest for institutions under the National Ethnic Affairs Commission (NEAC), hosted by NEAC and organized by SCMU,took place at the Guanggu Concert Hall.Wu Shihan,a 2022 undergraduate majoring in ideological and Political education of our college,won the second prize on behalf of the school by explaining the title of"Hanging Flying Empty Pail Train".

This competition is Composed of three parts:"I Show Science Popularization" personal exhibition, "I Talk Science"independent topic explanation exhibition and judges' question and answer, respectively testing the contestants' scientific knowledge reserve, language expression ability and on-site adaptability. Wu Shihan took Wuhan air rail train as an example to explain how the air rail train can achieve flying, stable and safe running, and finally won the second prize.

Our college has always attached great importance to the all-round development of students and encouraged students to actively participate in various academic competitions and social practice activities.
