二、培养目标
Ⅱ Cultivation Objectives
本专业以立德树人为根本任务,坚持科学的教育理念,努力培育时代新人。本专业主要培养具有良好思想道德品质、较高理论素养和较强教育实际工作能力,并能在中小学、教育科学研究机构和各级教育行政部门等单位,从事教学、研究、管理等方面工作的复合型人才。本专业的培养目标可以具体细化为道德情操、专业基础、实践能力、综合素养、交流合作等五个维度。
This major takes moral education as its fundamental task, adheres to scientific educational concepts, and strives to cultivate new talents of the times. This major trains students with good ideological and moral qualities, high theoretical literacy and strong practical ability in education. This kind of compound talents can be engaged in teaching, research and management in primary and secondary schools, educational scientific research institutions and educational administrative departments at all levels. The training objectives can be subdivided into five dimensions: teacher's ethics, professional foundation, practical ability, comprehensive quality, communication and cooperation.
目标1:道德情操:学习教育政策法规,遵守教师职业道德规范,立志成为“四有”好老师。
Objective 1: Moral Integrity: Learn educational policies and regulations, abide by professional ethics standards for teachers, and aspire to become good teachers with the "Four Haves".
目标2:专业基础:系统、坚实地掌握教育学专业的基础知识、基本理论和基本技能。
Objective 2: Professional Foundation: Systematically and solidly grasp the basic knowledge, theories, and skills of the education major.
目标3:实践能力:能够运用所学知识发现、分析和解决现实教育问题,开展有效教学和教育管理。
Objective 3: Practical Ability: Be able to use the knowledge learned to discover, analyze, and solve real-life educational problems, and carry out effective teaching and educational management.
目标4:综合素养:养成健康的生活方式、具有良好的身心素质、积极的人生态度。
Objective 4: Comprehensive Quality: Develop a healthy lifestyle, possess good physical and mental qualities, and have a positive attitude towards life.
目标5:交流合作:理解教育教学共同体的作用,具有良好的团队协作精神。
Objective 5: Communication and Cooperation: Understand the role of the educational and teaching community, and have a good teamwork spirit.
三、毕业要求
ⅢBasic Requirements for Graduation
本专业契合时代发展变革,以新文科建设为创新发展方向,提升教育教学的时代性、学术性和针对性,重点把握文科知识性与价值性的双重属性,以课程培养作为人才培养的核心要素。学生主要学习和掌握教育科学的基本理论和基础知识,接受教育科学研究等方面的基本训练,掌握从事教育教学工作等方面的基本能力。本专业重点在师德规范、教育情怀、专业知识、教学能力、班级管理、综合育人、学会反思、协同创新等八个方面开展本科生核心能力的提升工作。
This major is in line with the development and transformation of the times, with the construction of new humanities as the innovative development direction, enhancing the timeliness, academic relevance, and pertinence of education and teaching, focusing on the dual attributes of knowledge and value in humanities, and taking curriculum training as the core element of talent cultivation. Students in this major mainly study and master the basic theory and knowledge of educational science, receive the basic training of educational research, and master some basic skills in education and teaching. This major focuses on improving the core competence of Undergraduates in eight aspects: Teachers’ ethics, educational feelings, professional knowledge, teaching ability, class management, comprehensive education, learning to reflect, collaborative innovation.
