The Key Laboratory of Cyber-Physical Fusion Intelligent Computing (South-Central Minzu University, State Ethnic Affairs Commission) is committed to following the national medium- and long-term science and technology development strategy, focusing on cutting-edge topics in the field of global cyber-physical systems (CPS), and aims to overcome the core problems in the field of CPS, including cyber-physical fusion intelligent network and communication technology, social computing theory and technology, information intelligent processing, and intelligent system security theory and application. The laboratory actively explores the security protection strategy of CPS, strengthens the research and cultivation of intelligent algorithms and computing theories, builds a practical innovation platform for cyber-physical fusion intelligent systems, fully supports the rural revitalization project, firmly fulfills the lofty mission of "serving national strategies and serving ethnic work", and promotes the economic prosperity and social progress of the country and ethnic regions.
Relying on the deep cooperation and complementary advantages among multiple disciplines, the laboratory strives to create an innovative model of deep integration and cross-development of multiple disciplines such as network engineering, artificial intelligence, computer science and technology, software engineering, and automation. We focus on the deep integration of resources and the extensive integration and penetration of disciplines, are committed to the gathering and cultivation of talents, and focus on technological innovation. We are determined to build the laboratory into an internationally renowned high-level talent training base with original innovation capabilities, and stand out in the field of information-physics fusion intelligent computing.
The Key Laboratory of Information-physics Fusion Intelligent Computing is based on the School of Computer Science and the Institute of Smart Urban and Rural Areas of South-Central Minzu University, with the Wuling Mountain area as the main application field, and conducts in-depth research and practice in key areas such as agriculture, manufacturing, and service industries in the region. We give full play to the unique advantages of multidisciplinary cross-development such as computer science and technology, automation, network engineering, and artificial intelligence, take intelligent algorithms and computational theory research as the core driving force, and rely on the ternary application system platform of society, physics and information to achieve original scientific research results. According to the strategic needs of the nation's medium- and long-term scientific and technological development and the global development trend of the CPS discipline, combined with the advantages and characteristics of the laboratory's existing platforms and the current status of CPS development at home and abroad, we have carefully planned four core research directions to lead the trend of future scientific and technological development.
