In order to further promote the cause of ethnic unity and progress in the new era, to empower the casting of a firm sense of community of the Chinese nation with digital literacy, and to help the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with science and technology, a training course on digital literacy of Tibetan college students in China and skill improvement of home-made Xinchuang software was organized by the Association of Workers for Establishing and Aiding Tibet of Hubei Province, and undertaken by the School of Continuing Education of Zhongnan University for Nationalities and the School of Computer Science, and held in the Zhongnan University for Nationalities on March 16, 2010 at the grand opening of the training course. The training course was organized by the School of Continuing Education and the School of Computer Science of the Central South University for Nationalities.

Qin Rui, member of the standing committee of the university party committee and vice president of the university, Tan Huizai, president of Hubei Association of Build-Tibet-Aid-Tibet Workers, Yang Hongmei, secretary-general of Hubei Association of Build-Tibet-Aid-Tibet Workers, Ma Li, secretary of the general branch of the party of the School of Continuing Education and dean of the School of Education, Tie Jun, the deputy secretary of the Party committee and the dean of the School of Computer Science, and staff members of the Association of Build-Tibet-Aid-Tibet Workers of Hubei , teachers of the training course and more than 110 Tibetan college students in Han participated in the class opening ceremony.

Qin Rui introduced the efforts made by South-Central University for Nationalities in fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as its main thread throughout its education and school management, and in supporting the economic and social development of the Tibet Autonomous Region, pointing out that it is timely and significant to hold the training course for the skills enhancement of the Tibetan college students in China, which is conducive to improving the level of the Tibetan college students in terms of their digital literacy and the application of software skills, and enhancing their core competitiveness.

Mr. Tan Huizai expressed his warm welcome to the students and sincerely thanked the hard work of Central South University for Nationalities (CSUN). He pointed out that the Central South University for Nationalities had carefully organized this training course, optimized the training content according to the students' needs and invited experts to give targeted lectures. In addition, it will provide thoughtful logistic services and establish incentive mechanism. Mr. Tie Jun introduced the content and arrangement of the training in detail, and put forward the learning requirements for this training. He said that the School of Computer Science endeavors to practice the party building brand concept of "casting souls and educating people, digital intelligence and strengthening the country", and bears the mission of building a strong networked country and cultivating digital talents. In this training, together with the School of Continuing Education, we actively expand the breadth of training, explore the depth of training, strengthen the training efforts, organize senior teachers, Kingsoft Office senior trainers around the core content of the domestic Cintron software WPS text tools, presentation tools, form tools, AI Office and other in-depth teaching, through the social application of Cintron software, to cultivate the students' ability to communicate digitally and work as a team. In order to ensure the learning effect, the College's graduate teaching assistant team establishes a special website service platform to realize the sharing of course learning materials and extended learning content, providing strong support for the continuous learning of students.

The year 2024 is the 10th anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's strategic goal of a strong network state, and the 30th anniversary of China's full-featured access to the international Internet.
